What's your shipping policy?
- I will honestly make every effort to ship ANYPLACE on the map...as rules and regulations allow.
- I CAN NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any global packages that are lost or late. I will make every effort to track your package, but ordering global is at your own risk. No refunds will be given.
- For Global packages, I can ONLY SHIP JEWELRY and SMALL PAPER PRODUCTS! I will not ship decorative or vintage items from the "Estate Sale" and "Tag Sale" sections of this site!
- I mostly ship USPS Priority, and try to keep the price of shipping as low as possible!
What's your return policy?
- Customers will have 14 days from the shipping date to email me and let me know that they are dissaitisfied with their piece. ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED the piece back in the mail, I will refund the total cost of the piece, and cost of shipping ONE WAY ONLY, to the customer through Paypal.
What if my piece breaks?
- Please remember that your necklace is a small wearble PIECE OF ART. I can not be responsible for objects that have broken due to dropping, or just plain old carelessness! There are small pieces of the pendants that are made with clay and such...(like petals or leaves) that eventually could break if not treated properly. Junque Revival Jewlery should be treated with care...as any piece of art.
- If there is a malfunction in say the clasp, or any working mechanism in the piece, then you can ship the piece back, and I will be glad to fix it, paying shipping for ONE WAY ONLY.
